Post New classes with kids
listen to the show

Part one - Children’s classes: There’s a lot to think about when dealing with a new class. Mark and Ron offer you some advice and give you a few things to think about when the class is new, you the teacher are new or a new student is introduced into the class.

Game of the Week: the Yes No race

A nice warm-up activity and can be used to practice any yes-no question. Listen to the show to find out how to play.

If you have any advice for teaching that first class with children please add it onto the post (even if you didn't listen to the show :D )

That's a nice easy game! I think I'll try it!
I want to have a look at the links in your first post - game to print and game with questions, but the linkie doesn't work. Is the address correct?

Thank you!

Yeah, they both opened up fine here. If you're still having problems, try downloading from the links in the show notes http://www.eslteachertalk.com/2007/07/n ... -students/

(Sometimes jumping servers can be a problem, but it shouldn't.)

If that doesn't work, I can always email you the file.
