Instead of yes/no, use the Word template and add in more to the sentence in the grid. So you use your 2 points (top and grid square) just like any coordination type game (

top: the restaurant
grid answers:
- at 7:00
- after work
questions:
- Did you go to the restaurant at 7:00?
- When did you go to the restaurant?
top: play soccer
grid answers:
- with friends
- alone
questions:
- Did you play soccer with friends?
- Who did you play soccer with?
top: at the mall
grid answers
- buy clothes
- eat ice cream
questions:
- What did you do at the mall?
- What do you like to do at the mall?
- Did you eat ice cream when you were at the mall?
- If you go to the mall tomorrow, will you eat eat ice cream or buy clothes?
- If there were no school tomorrow, would you go to the mall and eat ice cream?

Using the single sets you end up with questions like these:
nouns:
- Do you have ...?
- Do you want ...?
- Have you ever found/eaten/made/played ...?
verbs:
- Did you ...?
- Would you ...?
- When you were younger, did you used to ...?
Adjectives:
- Is your bag ...?
- Are your shoes ...?
- Does your brother feel ...?
