Post mother's day mush?
Hi Folks,

Many kindergartens around here (Austria) celebrate Mother's Day. The poems and songs are usually mush, right? The song I have this year is Big-Time Mush (Skidamarink-a-dink-a-dink), so I decided to add ASL (American Sign Language).
When the kids sing, they also make the signs that accompany the words.

I found the signs on the following site (you're only allowed 5 free signs/day):

The signs I'm using are:
I love you
in the morning
in the afternoon
in the evening
I love you (this one repeats).

My kindergarten has kids from all over. The immigrant children often have a language disadvantage. Signing puts them all on the same level right from the word GO.
The song can be heard on you tube:

We also made a craft showing morning, afternoon, evening, under the moon but I don't know how to add that.

The kids like the signing. At first we look like drowning ducks, though!
