How are you planning to use the language?
'I want to be ...' ? Or just 'I am ...' and 'I have ...'

Do you want them to make questions and negative statements?

Also, how old are the students?

The students have had english for one year and are 8 years old. I want them to work with "to be" and "to have" in many different ways.

Making questions, statements, chants, races, songs, etc. I think it`s very important to teach a theme in many different ways.

For 'be' in its simplest form, I use the feelings flashcards. Using those cards students can make
statements: He is happy.
questions: Is he happy?
negative statements: He's not sad.

You can play many games, but I generally play concentration, slap or bingo.

For 'have' you can play Go Fish and use any noun set of flashcards or use playing cards.

I also teach them have for descriptions using these 'have' flashcards. Again, I play concentration or bingo.
