Post Back to school
Hey all,

My kids will be coming off summer vacation this week and I would like to do a lesson on what they did in summer holidays. I have found that kids lke games that they can take points or something (I know kind of broad) from their fellow classmates during an activity.

I teach Junior high in Japan so I need some ideas for all three grades, any ideas?

Thanks

DS

You could create a survey type of thing, where the kids have to ask each other set questions about their holiday and find how many peeople did the same thing.
Just off the top of my head, i recall that there's some material over at bogglesworldesl.com such as this http://bogglesworldesl.com/files3/summersummary.doc
which you might be able to use for talking about summer vacation. It's a writing exercise, but you may adapt it to a speaking exercise. This may not be very helpful :( Sorry! But I'm in a hurry! I'll give it some more thought and hopefully get back to you!
