ı need some activity ideas for teaching 'how are u? I m fine ,thanks'

for our kindrgarten students aged 5?It is our social work in the English club.Thanks in advance

Well, you could try this song. It doesn't have I'm fine thanks, but how are you? I'm happy/great, etc.

I sometimes draw two people (simple faces) and speech babbles attached to each. However, I do not use text. Letters and words do not mean much for kindergarten students. It only takes up my time.
Using the picture and demonstrate the greeting interaction.
I also use a card of a sick person to show the meaning of "fine". Showing opposit and denying its meaning often works well on young learners. As I use the card I demonstrate that I'm not sick crossing my arms in front.

We, in Japan, do not have the custom asking "how are you?" although we have the similar expressions that are limited only to between adults. However I thinkg teaching these interactions that follow "Hello" could lead children to English Speking Time smoothly!

Anyway, acting two persons is like one-man performance show.
