Post subject:  textbook recommendation?

Hello. I am teaching a group of adults English conversation. I've used Passport series from Oxford and now wondering which textbooks to use starting April. Something I can use with them once a week lesson and lasts for six months - so for about 20 lessons. I want to focus on speaking and grammar. I really liked Side By Side and they finished the book 1. I'd say their level is lower intermediate.

I'd really appreciate if you can give me some ideas. Thank you.

What about Focus on Grammar?

You could use the 4th book.

I find the grammar lessons are high quality, and it covers everything important.

As for the speaking, I would imagine you wouldn't use the book as much for those tasks.

Anyways, Focus on Grammar is probably my favourite book, and I highly recommend it.

Thanks very much. I'll take a look and see what it's like!
