i cant offer any articles, but im teaching in a spanish speaking country as well and i can offer different ideas. depends on what your classes are like, how many students for instance, and what type of issues you are having.

I think you'd be able to find an incredible amount of information/articles on discipline if you search for it on http://scholar.google.com/ . I think you'd need to be more specific or you'll get a lot of child development articles (for discipline at home.)

One other suggestion I have is to look more toward "motivation" instead of "discipline". There are a lot of articles about motivation, increasing internal motivation, activating some external motivation techniques and so on. If you can convert your discipline issues into motivated learners, that would be awesome! (not that that is something that is easily accomplished.)

However, I echo jrosehansen's comment. Can you tell us more about what kind of discipline articles you are looking for or what sort of problems you are having?
