ı'm studying 3rd class in the university. I have an assignment on learning centered classroom atmosphere and related activities. If you can help me I would be very happy.

That's kind of a big topic! The summary of the summary is that students study in ways which they feel suit them - participating in deciding how the lessons are going to be. In other words, it's the opposite of the teacher standing up and putting on a show.

You'll be able to find stuff on the internet going into this in detail - Google "learner centered" and "learner centred". In the meantime, if you're actually teaching as well as writing an assigment, find out what your students need and how they like to be taught and then do your best to give that to them. It's not difficult! Most teachers incorporate at least an element of learner centred teaching even if they've never heard the term.

The main problem with all this is that the students in the class won't necessarily all have the same objectives and preferences. In that case, there's usually little option but to hammer out some kind of compromise which more or less suits everyone.
