Post subject:  Cheating

Cheating is becoming more and more of a problematic issue around the world. The issue of cheating is far however from being solved: cell phones and text messages have become an additional culprit for cheating on tests and it is uncertain how future technology will continue to affect the cheating situation.


What to do when a student of yours cheats or plagiarizes?

I dont know where you are but here we are told you can not fail a student in his/her tests. They have to get good grades because their parents have paid money for their education :lol: :lol:

It can be a big problem if there is a "culture of cheating" in your classroom. If you can converse with your students you can discuss it as an ethical question. But... if language and cultural differences do not permit, you may be in for an ongoing, if not endless struggle....
