I see what you mean. There's no option for "all" with the handout maker.

I'll try to get that done tonight after work (10pm or so here.)

You can make a similar handout with the picture dictionary maker if time is of the essence. There is an all vocabulary option for that.

All set. I made the changes and got it all linked up today. So now you can make a vocabulary handout with all of the vocabulary options.
