MES Single Teacher End User License Agreement

You are free to download any resource from these sites as an end user.  You cannot redistribute, copy, modify, transfer, transmit, reengineer, repackage, create other works from, or sell any of the content from this site.  You may request a materials fee of up to $10 per year from each student as long as your license is in good standing with MES.  You may use photocopies or printouts for the purposes of distributing them to your students.  MES reserves the right to terminate this agreement for any or no reason and without notice.

That means:

• You may make printouts or photocopies for the purpose of distributing them to your students.
• You may keep one printed hard copy for your sole personal use.
• You may charge each student up to $10/year as a resources fee.
• You may include MES materials with 'in-house' printables packets, collections or workbooks.

Here are some examples of what you can't do with these resources, even with a license, (resources mean any MES content) but this list is not inclusive.  If you don't see it in the above 'you may' section, you can't do it.

• You can't scan or copy any image to make your own worksheets or materials.
• You can't include these resources with any collection provided outside of the licensed teacher's classroom.
• You can't cover, remove, alter, or change any part of the resource including the MES-English brandings.
• You can't use any part or portion of the resource to create other worksheets or resources.
• You can't pass on the resources to any person other than your students.
• You can't back up any resource in any digital form (no floppies, CDs, DVDs, memory disks... )

MES will refund in full any payment as long as the request is made within 7 days of the initial payment.  Any requests for a refund after the 7 day grace period will be granted, but may result in incurred services fees deducted from the refund payment.

MES will not be responsible for:

• problems accessing the site or files.
• any extra customer service beyond that extended to all site visitors.
• errors in any materials. All materials are provided as is (although MES certainly tries to provide the highest level of professionalism and MES will certainly correct any errors, should they occur.)
• fees associated with payment if requests for refunds exceed the 7 day free refund time period.
• problems with printing or making the materials available to your students.

The MES Single Teacher License is good for one year from the date of purchase.  The fee for the license is $80 per year, renewable annually.  It covers one teacher and only the classes/students that teacher personally teaches.  The license is non-transferable.  The purchase of the MES Single Teacher License confirms agreement to the terms and conditions above.

If you would like to cancel your subscription/license, you may do so at any time.  However, no refund will be made for any part of the year remaining on the license.  In addition, it is up to the teacher to cancel the subscription or payment will be billed annually.  To cancel your subscription, click the link below.

MES maintains records of all licenses, but for your own records you may wish to print this page and keep it with the receipt of payment.
