Post a pat on the back
Just want to say Great site. I too have felt the frustration of hours of internet searches, trying to find interesting activities, only to find the same old same old. I was blown away by your site. Im opening a school next month here in Costa Rica, and Mes english will be required reading for all my teachers. Great work.

Don't under estimate how nice a pat on the back is sometimes. Thanks!

It's always great to hear that the site has been helpful or that people appreciate it.

It's great encouragement to continue posting other things I have and just to keep working on the site.

Unfortunately, there are even more sites out there to sift through these days, or at least it seems like it to me. Some are really good, but there are a lot of web site people trying to slap something together (often taking materials from existing sites) to make a site to sell (sell the site.) They reuse content in slightly altered templates and the whole point of the site is to get you to click on their ads. It's just the exact same stuff repackaged and since they are good at building sites and promotion, many people end up there before they end up on sites with unique content.

(Can you tell I'm a little annoyed by some of these sites? :D )

Thanks, but ouch. Now I feel a bit of pressure. I better go back and review some of the stuff I've written.

Seriously though, it's nice to hear that someone is reading through the site.

What kind of school are you opening there? Is it a private conversation school?

Yeah , its going to be mainly adults, trying to stay away from structured book activities and focus on interesting, interactive speaking and listening activities. Im sick of dry, boring, ineffective "book grammar." Our concept is great, and I think obvious, but it only works if you have quality stimulating activities. Luckily with the stuff I have gathered throughout the years, and with sites like yours, Im confident we can pull it off. Although your activities are probably created with kids in mind, like has been said before on your forums they are easily adaptable for adults. By the way, another good site I found was http://bogglesworldesl.com/. But keep working hard, knowing that you are helping loads of teachers teach and even more students learn.
