Hi! I'm a new user of mes-english. I live in Spain and I really love this web page. In fact, it has saved me with the Easter week lessons.
I made an animal domino but when I printed it, the text square appeared in blank. So I had to cut an paste the message I wanted to write there. How can I ensure the text to be printed next time? Thanks!!!

Did the dominoes appear OK in your browser? What I mean is before you hit print, did everything look Ok on the screen?

If yes, the reason the text didn't print is probably because your top and bottom margins are too small. If you go into the 'file' menu, you'll see an option for 'page properties'. Click on that and there you should see an option for 'margins'. reeduce the margin sizes, you can even make the bottom margin zero.

That should do it. You can check with the 'print preview' option in the 'file' menu.

Basically, the program layers the content. the dominoes are put down and then text is put down. If the dominoes take up all of the printable space, the text can't be laid down or gets pushed to a second page.

Anyway, if that doesn't work, please let me know.

Also, if it doesn't look right on your screen, please let me know.

I think I did something like this and I get the error anyway. If I am to do another domino I will follow your advises. Anyway, I completed it cutting and pasting names in the traditional way. The domino was great and my students loved it! Thank you for your attention!
