This is the only bee song I know:
Picking up my Baby Bumblebee
I'm picking up my baby bumblebee,
Won't my mommy be so proud of me,
I'm picking up my baby bumblebee,
OOOH! It's so pretty.
(as you sing this, make an action like you are picking up a bee)
I'm bringing home my baby bumblebee,
Won't my mommy be so proud of me,
I'm bringing home my baby bumblebee,
Ouch! It stung me.
(as you sing this, make an action like you are walking home with a bee in your hand and at the end it stings you.)
I'm squashing up my baby bumblebee,
Won't my mommy be so proud of me,
I'm squashing up my baby bumblebee,
Ooo! It's sticky.
(as you sing this, make an action like you are squashing the bee in your hands, and then open your hands and show they are messy/sticky.)
I'm licking up my baby bumblebee,
Won't my mommy be so proud of me,
I'm licking up my baby bumblebee,
Ooo! It's yucky.
(as you sing this, make an action like you are licking your hands and then at the end gesture that you feel sick.)
I'm throwing out my baby bumblebee,
Won't my mommy be so proud of me,
I'm throwing out my baby bumblebee,
Oh no! It's messy.
(as you sing this, make an action like you are throwing up a bee and at the end look at the mess.)
I'm cleaning up my baby bumblebee,
Won't my mommy be so proud of me,
I'm cleaning up my baby bumblebee,
Yay! It’s all clean.
(as you sing this, make an action like you are cleaning up a bee.)

I'm bringing home a baby bumble bee
Won't my mom be very proud of me.
I'm bringing home a baby bumble bee.
OUCH it stung me,
I'm squishing um a baby bumble bee...

 Thanks alot but..
It really seems like a good song but I'm worried that my ESL students wont understand half of the lyrics.
Isn't there something more simple with music attached?
I've tried searching but I'm starting to get hopeless
I also found lots of lyrics but with no music or singing! am not good at composing.

I win Actually, I already have a song sheet made up for this one, so it was actually cheating...
I can't believe I'm going to do this....
Ah, who am I kidding. I have no shame.
Here is Mark singing the Baby Bumble Bee song!
You won't be able to use that in class, but it will give you an idea of how the song is sung. Then, should you choose to sing it yourself, you can use it. (each verse is sung the same way.)
I use that song with kids as young as 4 years old. They don't understand the 'won't my mommy be so proud of me' part but via actions they get the rest. And, it's really not that important that they understand each and every word. Singing can just be about making English sounds and getting used to the mouth movements necessary to form English sounds.
Enjoy!

(Okay, it's not mark making us all laugh, but this is the song on youtube. One is a little girl singing it (with bad grammar), and the other is a class of young kids butchering it the way your class will)

How about a BEE-Gees song?!!
Just a little joke for anyone old enough to remember. Sorry!!
Anyway,
Flies and Bees
(Sung to: Sing a Song of Sixpence)
G
Flies and bees are insects
D
Buzzing all around
D
Coming to our picnic
G
And landing on the ground.
G
And when our picnic's over
D
And we are on our way,
D
We know that the flies and bees
D G
Will come another day!

 bee song
Five Little Bees
One little bee blew and flew.
He met a friend, and that made two.
Two little bees, busy as could be--
Along came another and that made three.
Three little bees, wanted one more,
Found one soon and that made four.
Four little bees, going to the hive.
Spied their little brother, and that made five.
Five little bees working every hour--
Buzz away, bees, and find another flower.
