Pictures too big? too small? Resize the files yourself!
All of the files are saved as .pdf files which means that you can resize the files to any size you'd like without losing picture quality! The large flash cards are set to one per page, A4. However, if you want to print them larger A3 or smaller B5, that's no problem.
When you click to print, there is a print window that appears. You'll see lots of options but first you need to go to printer settings. Once you click on that window, you'll see paper size options. Choose the paper size you'd like to use. Then click OK.
You should see a preview of how your flash cards will look. If you like it, print it.
There is one other option which is 'resize the document to fit the page.' I suggestion leaving this on. It will make sure your printer prints everything. I often design pages right to the edges and some printers can't print right to the edges.
I hope that helps. Please feel free to post any other questions about printing.
Happy teaching,
Mark

I was just playing with the printing function and you can print more than one page on a page.
Example:
If the large flash cards are too large and the small cards are too small, you can choose the large flash cards and print 2 pages on one page.
That would essentially make the large flash cards half of the paper size or half their original size. Then you'd have smaller large flash cards.
Choose to have the large flash cards print 4 pages per page and you'd have a bit larger small game cards with out backings.
All of this is done after you hit print. The print window opens and you can make all of these changes. You should be able to see a preview before you print.
I hope that helps.
Happy teaching,
Mark

Here's how you can make smaller game cards straight from the large flash card files. Go to the flash card set's page and open the large flash cards file. 1. Clicking print will open the print window 2. Select the option for printing mutliple pages My program is in japanese but the location should be the same in yours. Then hit print and you'll have 15 small cards.

Looks handy. I tried to print a vocabulary handout on OF2 (slightly smaller than legal) two to a page, so they would fit in my student's little notebooks. The picture quality was great... the words were very small however.

Thanks Mark! I was just sitting here looking at this A4 size preposition card wondering what to do with it! Now I have all 9 cards on one page, they are very tiny and cute. I guess I need to play with this a little more!

 Size Problems
Hi Gaby!
If you want to change the flashcards size, you can't print by clicking on the "print" icon, but do it opening the "File" menu and clicking on "print" from there.
