Interesting question.
There are over 100 flashcard sets. To be honest, I don't even know how many there are right now. I haven't counted recently.
Anyway, one set takes me about an hour to print, cut up, and laminate. So, if I worked 40 hours per week with a little break in between sets, it would take about 3 work weeks.
The cost for me here is: (estimating)
large laminating film: $.13/sheet - I use 15 sheets
bingo laminating film: $.07/sheet - I use 12 sheets
game card laminating film: $.03/sheet - I use 60 sheets
for a total of $4.59 for laminating film
paper and ink are a bit of a mystery, but I think it's around $0.05/page
one set needs 52 pages
-large flashcards + backings 30 pages
- bingo cards 6 pages
- game cards 16 pages
for a total of $2.60 for paper and ink
The file folder I use to keep one set in costs around $3-4

So, one set costs me approximately: $11.19
multiply that times about 110 sets and to do it all, my guess is
120 hours + laminating machine + $1230.90 (for the
flashcards)
The games are much cheaper but not as easy to estimate since they have different numbers of cards and pages in each set.
How much does it cost in other places? How long does it take you to make up a set?
